Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Drakes Ranch. By booking a photography session, event, or experience at Drakes Ranch, you agree to the following terms:
Property Access
Drakes Ranch is private property. Access is permitted by reservation only and is limited to the areas designated by ranch staff.
Animals & Safety
Guests acknowledge that Drakes Ranch is a working ranch with livestock and other animals. While every effort is made to maintain a safe environment, guests assume all risks associated with being on the property and interacting with animals.
Photography Sessions
Guests are welcome to bring their own photographer or use a photographer of their choice unless otherwise specified. Photography sessions must remain within the reserved time period.
Respect for Property
Guests agree to treat the property, animals, facilities, and fellow visitors with care and respect. Drakes Ranch reserves the right to end any visit without refund if guests engage in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.
Children
Children must remain under the supervision of a parent or guardian at all times.
Weather
Because experiences take place outdoors, sessions may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions at the discretion of Drakes Ranch.
Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled reservation may be eligible for a refund or credit. Reservations canceled within 7 days may be subject to forfeiture of payment.
Liability
By visiting Drakes Ranch, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with ranch activities and agree to release and hold harmless Drakes Ranch, its owners, employees, and representatives from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in activities on the property.
Changes to Terms
Drakes Ranch reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

The Pasture Access
Ideal for mini sessions + quick client shoots
$200/hour (1-hour minimum)
Includes:
Access to designated pasture + exterior backdrop areas
1 Highland cow brought into photo-ready position
Up to 4 total people on property
15-minute buffer for setup/breakdown
Non-commercial use (client galleries, portfolio, website)
Add ons:
Additional 30 minutes: +$75
Golden hour scheduling: +$50
Golden Hour
Ideal for engagement, maternity, branding shoots
$325 for 90 minutes
Includes:
Access to designated pasture + exterior backdrop areas
1-2 Highland cows brought into photo-ready position
Access to pasture + fence lines + one additional scenic location (barn, driveway, oak trees, etc.)
Up to 6 people
Commercial use for photographer marketing
Add-ons:
Extra hour: +$150
Weekend premium: +$75
Drone access (with approval): +$100
Full Property
Ideal for styled shoots, brand campaigns, magazine/editorial
$600 for 2 hours (or $1,000 half-day – 4 hours)
Includes:
Private property access (no other bookings during time slot)
2+ Highland cows staged
Full outdoor access (pre-approved areas)
Commercial usage rights
Up to 10 people
Drone access
